Panama restricts the use of the free billing system
The General Directorate of Revenue announced that, starting in January 2026, the free invoicing system will only be available to taxpayers with annual income up to B/.36,000. Companies exceeding this amount must migrate to a Qualified Authorized Provider (PAC) or a certified system.
